On November 30th, December 1st & 2nd, at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport Hotel, contestants from all across Pennsylvania competed in interview, swimsuit and evening gown competition and Jessica Billings, of Berwyn, was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA 2013. She is the daughter of Steve and Michelle Billings. She is a flight attendant with Delta Airlines and an honor graduate of Saint Mary’s of Notre Dame.
First Runner Up was Laura DiFrancesco of West Chester, Second Runner Up was Billie Jo Powers of North Huntingdon, Third Runner Up was Valerie Compeggie of Canonsburg and Fourth Runner Up was Lyndi Delisio of Pittsburgh.
The Semi-Finalists included: Victoria McIlrath of Kennett Square, Antoinette Schneider of Philadelphia, Ryann Williams of Lansdowne, Stephanie Jacques of Bethlehem, Dana Pirolli of Warminster, Amanda Mock of Saxton, Mackenzie Bello of Erie, Valerie Gatto of Pittsburgh, Rachel Syktich of DuBois, Julia Pauline of Conshohocken.
Billie Jo Powers was named Miss Photogenic and Stephanie Jacques was voted Miss Congeniality.
